Discount Program for Spring Program 2012 (posted 12/28/2011)
These discounts apply to all tournaments in all ages with the exception of showcase tournaments
A SPECIAL Discount program has been created for teams playing in showcases.  For more information contact Amanda Johnson ajohnsonnsa3@charter.net  or check the showcase link under tournaments.

 Sign up by  February 17, 2012 (Friday)— and receive the below discounts- 
Enter 4 tournaments and take $20.00 off each tournament
Enter 5 tournaments and take $25.00 off each tournament
Enter 6 or more tournaments and take $35.00 off each tournament

We will alow teams to swith tournaments between February 17 and March 1 after viewing the "Who's Playing List"
We know that you don't want to play the same teams every weekend and we think this will help all teams plan their schedule better.

There will be other special offers e-mailed to you from time to time that will be in addition to the discounts offered above.

How to Enter Discount Program

Give Team Name, Age Group and list of tournaments you want to enter
Please put Spring Discount Program in e-mail subject
Remember the deadline is Friday February 17, 2012
Spring discount program applies to tournaments from March 17 through July 31, 2012
The World Series is not a part of the discount program

Penalties for dropping out of tournaments in discount program
(1) The 1st drop out will be forgiven provided that you substitue it with another tournament date
(2) If you drop out from a 2nd tournament you will be penalized the discount fee for your next tournament
(3) Drop outs are excused if we have less than 4 teams signed up 10 days in advance, however if we have 4 or more teams signed up you are obligated to the discount program agreement.
(4)  Teams that drop out of NC NSA events and enter events with other associations will be dropped from the discount program
(5)  All teams will be listed  with dsc beside their name that take advantage of the discount program. (Rev Feb. 5, 2012)
(6)  NC NSA will honor $15.00 per  team for teams in the same organization.  This disount will be honored after the February 17 deadline.  Discount not good for tournaments listed with NO Discounts.
(7)  The Mighty Casey tournament in South Carolina on June 1-3 is not a part of the discount program.  This tournament is advance pay and fills up and has a waiting list every year.
