All teams participating in NC NSA events must be registered with NSA prior to participation.  Team insurance is also required to participate in any NC NSA event.  This insurance may be purchased through NSA, or through another insurance carrier.  If not purchased through NSA, make sure that your policy meets the minimum requirements for play in NSA events.  For more information regarding insurance, visit http://www.playnsa.com/Insurance.aspx

Teams must register through the playnsa.com website.  The registration fee is $25.00.  Once you have completed the registration steps outlined below, you may either mail your payment to the address below, or you may pay via credit card through PayPal by choosing the "Pay Now" button below.  Please note that if you elect to pay via credit card, there is a $2.00 additional charge due to PayPal fees (total registration is $27.00).

To register your team:
1.  Click here to go to the team registration page on playnsa.com (will open in a new browser window)
2.  Complete the registration form, choosing North Carolina as your team state and then NC Girls Youth State Director H. Edwards in the second selection box.
3.  Choose the "Youth" radio button and complete the appropriate information for your team.
4.  Enter a password.  This will be your password for your sanction number that you are issued.
5.  Click the "Submit Application" button to submit your registration form.
6.  To pay by check or money order ($25.00), send to:

7.  To pay by Credit Card through PayPal, click the "Pay Now" button below.  Note that there is an additional $2.00 charge due to PayPal fees.
8.  Once your payment is received, you will receive an email with your Sanction Number.
